    As soon as we receive your request, the Onair International team checks the availability of aircraft for your chosen date and route.
    If you need to leave immediately, we find out if an aircraft and crew are ready to take off from your departure airport.

  3. HOW DO I BOOK A CHARTER FLIGHT?

    The team will provide the requested quotes complete with information about the technical details and performance of the aircraft as soon as possible. Remember you can always choose the aircraft and then confirm the final booking later. The offer needs to be signed for acceptance before departure. Once the necessary formalities have been completed, Onair International will provide all the operational information about your flight, i.e. details about the aircraft, crew, flight number, any cancellation fees and the summary of the programme for your trip.
  4. ARE THERE ANY CHARGES IF I CANCEL THE FLIGHT?

    Any cancellation charges that may apply to the aircraft are indicated in the flight proposal.
  5. CAN I BOOK A SPECIFIC AIRCRAFT?

    Of course! If you have specific technical requirements, Onair International will do everything possible to find the best solution. We will check the real-time availability and suitability of your preferred aircraft so you can have the flight you requested.
    Checking that the aircraft has everything required to operate your chosen flight is very important. For example, is its flight range suitable? Can it land at your airport of choice? Can it safely transport the requested number of passengers? We do all this and more.
  6. DO I NEED TICKETS?

    For an executive flight you only need the flight documentation that is sent when the booking is confirmed.
    For a charter flight, tickets are normally provided by staff at the boarding desk.
  7. HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I BRING ON BOARD?

    On an executive flight this will depend on the type of aircraft and the number of passengers flying. Onair International always informs customers in advance about exactly how much luggage is permitted. The weight limit for charter flights is usually 15 to 20 kg.
  8. HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BE AT THE AIRPORT BEFORE THE FLIGHT?

    If you are travelling on an executive flight, 15/20 minutes are required for boarding procedures which are dealt with by the captain or by Onair International’s member of staff at the airport. If you are travelling on a charter flight, you need to be at the airport at least 40/60 minutes before the departure time.

    All executive flights offer a top-quality in-flight catering service. The Onair International team will be happy to fulfil any special requests you may have. Of course an additional fee may need to be applied depending on the request.

    Depending on the route and type of flight, some categories of aircraft are normally operated with a flight attendant. Onair International can arrange for flight attendants on any type of aircraft upon request.
